This is another project we did a couple months ago with @evergreenlandscapeclt

We use a light layer of peat moss to insulate new grass seed. Peat moss is highly absorbent and helps delicate grass seed and seedlings remain hydrated through dry periods of time. By covering the seed, we achieve a higher rate of germination which results in beautiful, thriving lawns.

When our client was preparing to put his home on t

When our client was preparing to put his home on the market, he contacted us to help rework his aging front walkway. The concrete was settling and falling apart in multiple areas, resulting in a treacherous path for our client and any potential home buyers.

We removed the old walkway, graded and amended the front yard, installed a new concrete walkway, and grew a new front lawn from seed.

With these improvements completed, the house was listed for sale and is now under contract!

Check out this sod job! Two large trees had been removed from the front yard, so we were hired to remove the stumps and turn the space into lawn using sod. We also power-raked the back yard clear of weeds and created a back lawn using sod. We mulches all the beds with pine bark mulch. What a transformation!

This week we reworked the front foundation beds of this home. We removed old shrubbery, installed a retaining wall and stone borders, amended and replanted the beds, and finished up with a fresh layer of mulch.

This week we installed this foundation pad for a shop building. We removed a large block fireplace, a tree, and a shed from this area before grading it for the pad. We used treated 6x6s and rebar to create a strong border to retain layers of foundation stone and fabric. This space is ready to build on!
